PATHWAY TO PRO

The potential for scholastic esports is booming. More that 252 Colleges and Universities are offering full or partial scholarships for esports athletes. We work with our gamers starting at 8 years old and they progress until they have made the Pro Circuit or have made it into a college or University. We have a relationship with Stay Plugged In that when your esports athlete is ready, will play in showcase events or we will facilitate introductions to college coaches to have your player noticed and recognized. After or During college, your player will have the opportunity depending on their skill level to make money doing what they love. Players can now make Multi-Millions of dollars playing esports.

SAFE AND NON-TOXIC ENVIRONMENT

According to Government Statistics, about 20% of students ages 12-18 experience bullying. Research indicates that persistent bullying can lead to or worsen feelings of isolation, rejection, exclusion, and despair, as well as depression and anxiety, which can contribute to suicidal behavior. Learn more here.

Bullying does not just happen in person anymore, it happens online. Not only do we teach our players about how to protect themselves from cyber bullying, but we also provide a safe and fun space where they can be themselves. We do not tolerate bullying or teasing in any way – we want our coaches and our players to lift or esports athletes up and teach them how to have winning attitudes. We have our own managed discord channel that players can communicate with each other and arrange games at home with each other when they are not at XP League.

MEET NEW FRIENDS

XP League esports is about fun and meeting new friends. The players always arrive at our arena for the first time nervous and anxious – that is normal. They leave saying “wow” and making new friends in the process. For every title of game we play, we divide up into teams. On these teams, different players have different responsibilities and must communicate with each other to reach a goal or an objective.

If professional esports is in your child’s future, we want them to enjoy the process in getting there. We are an in-person environment. Although we allow some players to log in when they are sick or traveling, we want our players to be at practice and to be there for our matches. This lends to making friends and being a part of your team.
